What to have ready before booking
- Your cat’s vaccination record, with up-to-date vaccinations against feline panleukopenia (typhus) and cat flu (coryza); for the shared room, also feline leukaemia (FeLV) if your cat goes outdoors
- For the shared room: recent negative FIV and FeLV tests
- Up-to-date flea treatment
- Their prescription, if they are on any medication

- Plans changed? Your deposit is refunded if you cancel at least 1 month before the stay in low season, or 2 months before in high season.
- Arrivals and departures Monday to Saturday: the cattery is closed on Sundays.

Rooms fully booked?Send your request anyway: you’ll go on the waiting list, and Charlotte will call you back within 48 hours as soon as a place becomes free.
No room for a few days at the start or end of your stay?We combine the cattery with home visits: Charlotte then takes care of bringing your cat to the cattery, or back home to you.
